2. Scope of Services
Our offer includes:
- FleetSQL: data infrastructure for GPS platforms — automatic data extraction from Wialon to PostgreSQL
- FleetTAB: trip analysis — route identification, driver assignment, report export
- Wialon/Flespi integrations: dedicated software solutions and API integrations
- Technical consulting: advice on GPS solution architecture
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide true and current information
- Protect login credentials and passwords
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Accept responsibility for all account activities
- Comply with applicable laws
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
- Using services for unlawful purposes
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems
- Disrupting service operations or infrastructure
- Transmitting malicious software
- Tracking vehicles or persons without proper consent
- Reselling services without written consent
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to our services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and content, remain the property of Asset Track or our licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use services in accordance with these terms.
6. Data Protection
Users are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent for collecting and processing GPS data
- Complying with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Informing data subjects about processing

7. Payments
Payments for services are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and refund handling.
- Prices are listed in PLN or EUR, depending on the selected currency
- Invoices are issued automatically after payment
- Late payments may result in service suspension
8. Service Availability
We strive to ensure service continuity. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, external provider failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss
- Users use services at their own risk
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. In case of terms violation, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the agreement. After termination, user data will be retained in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable regulations.
11. Terms Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will inform you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Polish law. All disputes will be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the capital city of Warsaw.
